- We ship promptly upon payment via USPS, insured with signature required. We ship this way as some buyers in the past have falsely claimed that they did not receive their package, hence the signature required. If your package is not claimed and is shipped back to us we will refund your money and re-list the item unless you contact us. We are happy to combine shipping for multiple items purchased for cheaper shipping. Just send us a message if this is the case.
- While we are happy to negotiate the price of the item with you, we do not offer free shipping or any shipping method other than USPS. We will typically ship your item via USPS Ground Advantage (approximately $8) or Priority Mail (approximately $11) depending on the size and price of the item. Larger items' shipping costs will differ accordingly. International shipping rates will depend on your location and VAT fees associated with your order. We will ship an item via USPS Ground Advantage whenever possible to save the buyer costs, and we will ship it via USPS Priority Mail when necessary. We do not allow buyers to select the shipping method as we reserve the right to ship the item in the manner that is best for the cost-effectiveness and safety of the item. Shipping in either manner is always with signature required. We will not refund shipping costs in the case of a return and the buyer will pay for the return shipping unless it is an error on our part.
